Common questions.
How does the free trial work?
Your first subscription starts with 14 days of full access. You add a card at checkout and are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
How do locations change the price?
Each plan includes some locations: 1 on Starter, 3 on Growth, up to 10 on Pro. Beyond those you add locations at that plan's rate, $30 a month on Starter and $22 on Growth. The added rate drops as you move up, so by your third location Growth costs less than Starter. The calculator above does the sum for you.
What happens when beta ends?
While Heard is in beta every plan is half price, monthly or annual. Beta means you will hit rough edges, and we fix them quickly. When we reach full launch you keep the discount through whatever you have already paid for. Pay by the year and the rate holds until your next renewal.
Does my team cost extra?
No. Collaborators are free on every plan, two for each location you pay for.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your billing settings. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. You keep access through the period you have paid for.
What happens to my data if I leave?
We keep it for 90 days in case you come back, then delete it. You can export everything as CSV whenever you like, before or after you cancel.
Which services does Heard connect to?
Square for sales and team, your bank and card accounts, QuickBooks, and Google Business for reviews. Starter includes one connection. Growth and Pro include all of them.
