Pricing that scales with your locations

How does location pricing work?

Each plan includes locations in its base price — 1 on Starter, 3 on Growth, up to 10 on Pro. Beyond what's included, you add locations at that tier's rate (+$30/mo on Starter, +$22/mo on Growth). Because the per-added rate drops as you move up, growing usually means a higher tier costs less, not more — Growth is cheaper than Starter by your 3rd location. Past 10 locations you're a chain, and that's our sales-led Enterprise plan. Your team never costs extra: collaborators are free (up to 2 per location).

How does the free trial work?

Your first subscription starts with 14 days of full access. You add a card at checkout but aren't charged until the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing.

What's beta pricing?

While Heard is in beta, every plan is 50% off — monthly or annual. We're honest about what beta means: you'll hit rough edges, and we fix them fast. When we reach full launch you keep the discount through whatever period you've already paid for — subscribe annually and the rate holds until your next yearly renewal.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees, straight from your billing settings. You keep access through the period you've paid for, we keep your data for 90 days in case you come back, and you can export everything as CSV whenever you like.

Which integrations do you support?

Square (sales and locations), QuickBooks (expenses and reconciliation), and Google Business Profile (reviews). Starter includes 2 connections; Growth and Pro are unlimited.
